Schedules are an integral part of Skylark; they define the availability of content to audiences worldwide. That is why we have been looking at ways of improving how schedules are created and managed in order to make scheduling easier. Below you will find a detailed breakdown of the new schedules modal as well as a new look Global Navigation.
The modal will open on the page you are on when creating or editing schedules. This will make it easier and quicker to return to what you were doing previously.
Whilst all scheduling dimensions remain the same; the new modal has clearer categorisation enabling you to work more efficiently.
A search bar will allow you to find dimensions quickly. You can search for multiple terms at once.
A Refined Global Navigation
The Global Navigation allows you to filter content by schedule dimensions. It now utilises the same new interface as the schedules modal.
You can change dimensions in the Global Navigator when on an object page. If the dimensions don’t match those of the object however, a message will appear allowing you to add a new schedule to the object in order to resolve the conflict.
